Overnight Oats

I make overnight oats almost everyday for Fish to bring to work as either breakfast or lunch.
It's a real simple and standard recipe, just change up the fruits and sweetener as and when you like.
I had a big can of instant oats so that's what i use, although most people do use normal rolled oats, which is what i'll be using after we go through this can of instant oats.

Ingredients (Generous 1 person portion)
Heaping 1/2 cup of oats
1 cup milk
Optional add-ons
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup or brown sugar
Frozen berries (whole blueberries and chopped up strawberries)
OR
Fresh fruits (blueberries, bananas etc..)
Yogurt (Fish doesn't like it, so i don't use it)
1 tbsp peanut butter
Just mix everything well before adding in the fruits to prevent breaking them up too much. Frozen blueberries turn the milk a nice purple grey.
Leave in the fridge overnight.
There's no precise measurements to everything. Just add what you like and omit what you don't. If you have a thick consistency for your oats, just add more oats or less milk.
